Launched in 2006, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is now used by millions of sellers around the world. FBA launched in Australia in February of 2018, meaning that businesses can now benefit from Amazon’s logistics capabilities, helping them quickly and efficiently reach customers across Australia.

FBA enables sellers to use Amazon's fulfillment network— 2 fulfillment centres in Australia, more than 100 fulfillment centres and sort centres around the world, staffed by thousands of Amazon employees—to store, pack and deliver their products directly to customers while offering Amazon Prime benefits, in countries where Prime is available, free delivery, simple exporting to customers, easy returns and Amazon customer service.

FBA is used by sellers of all sizes in more than 100 countries, and allows businesses to take advantage of Amazon's fulfillment services and focus their efforts on growing their business. Sellers from around the world use FBA to ship to 185 countries.

  • Seamless experience for their customers—FBA handles picking, packing, shipping, customer service, and returns.

  • Pay as you go—Sellers are charged for the storage space and the orders Amazon fulfills. The cost of shipping is included in fees.
